For Pilates teachers & studios

Pilates studio software built around a full reformer room

Pilates has a constraint most class software treats as an afterthought: you have eight reformers, not eight hundred. Every seat matters, every late cancellation is real money, and a waitlist that doesn't move fast enough is an empty machine.

The three things Pilates teachers tell us

“A reformer sits empty because someone cancelled at 9pm and I was asleep.”

Waitlists promote on their own. The first person waiting is emailed the instant a spot opens, whatever time it is, and can book it immediately.

“I can't let a tenth person book into an eight-reformer class.”

Capacity is enforced at the database, not in the interface. Two people tapping Book at the same moment on the last spot cannot both get it — one is offered the waitlist.

“My clients want a standing weekly slot, not to rebook every Tuesday.”

Recurring class series generate real, individually bookable sessions weeks ahead, so a regular can book their Tuesday 7am for the next two months in one sitting.

What you get

Everything a Pilates studio actually runs on

One flat price. No booking fees, no per-student charges, no feature held back for a bigger plan.

Hard capacity limits

Set the number of reformers and the class cannot be oversold. Enforced server-side, so simultaneous bookings on the last spot can't both succeed.

Waitlists with automatic promotion

A full class turns into a waitlist. Cancellations promote the next person and email them without you being awake for it.

A two-hour cancellation window

Students self-cancel up to two hours before class and get their credit back automatically. After that the button is disabled and the credit stays spent — the policy enforces itself.

Class packs and memberships

Ten-class reformer packs, unlimited monthlies and single drop-ins, all on the same booking page, all billed to your own Stripe account.

Private and duet sessions

Run a private as a class with a capacity of one, or a duet at two — same passes, same payments, same roster.

Multiple rooms and studios

On Premium, each location keeps its own timezone, rooms and instructor roster, so a mat class in studio two and a reformer class in studio one never collide.
