Common questions
Do I need experience to join?
Not at all. Most of our classes are open to complete beginners — just arrive a few minutes early and we'll get you settled.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing and water. Mats and props are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes — you can cancel up to 2 hours before class starts and your pass credit is returned automatically.
